Occupational safety training sessions are practical corporate workshops that teach your employees how to work safely: office safety, electrical safety, loading and unloading operations, motor vehicle safety, and other topics tailored to your business. Simply put, we don’t give boring lectures “just to check a box”; instead, we host an educational and entertaining event that’s easy to follow and intellectually engaging—for anyone who thinks safety is necessary but boring.

We’ve sat through boring training sessions ourselves more than once, so we did things differently. Our approach can be summed up in three sentences: we talk to people not about rules, but about people; we don’t scare them with horror stories, but explain the logic behind incidents; we foster a proactive attitude toward safety. No. These are different programs. Formal training is required to meet legal requirements: a curriculum, knowledge assessment, a protocol, and a certificate. The RACIO training program is designed to develop practical knowledge, skills, and team dynamics. One does not replace the other.
No. Mandatory training sessions (introductory, initial, refresher, and specialized) are a separate formal requirement, and they are recorded in logs, which the State Labour Service reviews during inspections. Our training is practical instruction that goes “beyond the minimum”: it fosters real, safe behavior, not just a box to check. If needed, we’ll handle both the training sessions and the documentation ourselves.
