The START / SMART / FULL logic — the same across all services

START — the basic scope for a standard task.

SMART — an extended package covering most practical scenarios.

FULL — the maximum scope for complex systems, retail chains, manufacturing and companies with demanding corporate requirements.

What exactly goes into START, SMART and FULL depends on the service — switch between categories below to compare the packages.

For ongoing support the price is fixed by contract for a year. For one-off services the price and scope are agreed before the project starts. No hourly invoices and no hidden extras: any additional work and its cost are agreed separately.

03Industry surcharges

Does the price depend on the industry?

The key surcharge — there isn’t one. The START/SMART/FULL plans are the same for all industries. Our team’s specialization for your vertical is RACIO’s internal organization, not a separate paid option.

What actually affects the price:

  • The size and number of sites. For a chain of 10+ locations — a 15% discount, 20+ — 20%.
  • The presence of hazardous processes. Flammable liquids, chemicals, explosive zones require additional documentation (PLAS, high-risk facility declaration) — these are separate one-off services, not a surcharge on support.
  • The way you work. For remote teams (IT with no office) the plan is reduced — no site visits or premises inspections.
  • Corporate EHS. For clients with HQ standards (GDP, ISO 45001) — only the cost of ISO risk assessment is added + a surcharge for coordination with HQ (10-15% on top of FULL).

Separate paid services

For transparency — below are services we perform as part of our work with clients, but which are NOT included in the standard START/SMART/FULL plans. They are ordered one-off or on a call-out basis.

  • Accident investigation outside an outsourcing contract — from UAH 35,000. An engineer on site, the commission’s work and the N-1 report, per Cabinet Resolution No. 337.
  • A high-risk facility declaration — for hazardous sites (generators, boiler rooms, flammable liquid stores). Priced individually for the facility.
  • Permits and registration of high-risk equipment (cranes, forklifts, pressure vessels) — priced individually.
  • Insulation resistance measurement outside the packages — a one-off service.
  • Restricted-access documents for MilTech and the government sector — individually, allowing for classified-regime requirements.

Frequently asked questions

  • 1. Can the plan be changed after the contract is signed?

    The plan is tied to the structure and headcount of the company. If they change, we review the terms and select the appropriate package. Simply “switching” the plan without a change in the input data and the structure of the service is not possible.

  • 2. What is the minimum contract term?

    It depends on the service. One-off work (audit, declaration, documentation development) — until completion. Outsourcing — at least a year, because a sustainable system cannot be built in a shorter period.

  • 3. How do I know which plan suits me?

    It is best to talk to a specialist directly — every company is individual. Clients often think they need an audit, but if there is no occupational safety management system yet, there is nothing to audit, and it is better to save time and start with documentation development or outsourcing.

  • 4. How quickly can we start?

    For outsourcing: the first month — an in-depth audit of the facility and a strategy; within 30 days — a full set of documentation, completed briefings and filled-in logs. If you only need one-off documentation development — the first documents within 5-7 days.

  • 5. Who is responsible for a fine if an inspection finds a violation?

    By law, the employer bears responsibility. But the contract fixes the SLA and areas of responsibility: we correct mistakes on our side at our own expense.

  • 6. We are just opening and the headcount will still change — when should we get in touch?

    An occupational safety system is a living organism; it grows alongside your business. We work at your pace and within your resource capabilities. Call us any day — we will be happy to talk about your project.
