Our methodology of cases — transparent numbers

We publish only the cases where we have the client’s consent to mention the brand and the exact figures. For clients who haven’t given public permission (NDA restrictions — especially MilTech and the public sector) — we provide an anonymized version with names like «a logistics company», «a state operator», «an IT company (NDA)». On request — a reference call with active clients in your industry.

Metrics in cases are always verified. We don’t write «substantial savings» or «significant improvement». We write «−80% of the remarks in an order», «a GDP audit on the first try», «45 procedures in 6 days», «0 SES findings». Every figure comes with a specific client, period and documentary proof.

GDP audit passed first time: 45 instructions in 6 weeks
Situation: An international pharmaceutical company was launching a new temperature-controlled pharmaceutical warehouse. A corporate GDP audit by the UK office was 8 weeks away. The existing Ukrainian OHS documentation met neither local NPAOP requirements nor the HQ's GDP standards.
What we did: We brought in a specialist engineer with 8 years of GMP experience. In 2 weeks we ran an internal audit of the current documents plus a site visit with an inventory of workplaces. In 4 weeks we developed 45 instructions, 12 procedures, evacuation plans and logs. Coordination with the UK QA Manager through a weekly sync.
Result: The GDP audit was passed first time — zero findings. The warehouse was certified and commissioned on schedule. Project cost — UAH 180,000 one-off. Ongoing support — the FULL package, still running (4 years now).

A full OHS package two days before the hub opening
Situation: A logistics company was opening a new sorting hub. Two days before launch there was still no occupational and fire safety documentation package — and without it the site could not be commissioned.
What we did: A task force of three engineers was assembled on short notice. Within 24 hours, they conducted a rapid audit, prepared orders, instructions, and logs, and provided all necessary briefings and training for the staff. At the same time, they developed fire safety documentation and initiated the process of obtaining a declaration from the State Emergency Service.

Frequently asked questions about our cases

Can we get a reference call with a current client?
Yes, once we are actively discussing a project. We will pick 1-2 current clients of your industry and size who agreed to act as references. A call typically takes 20-30 minutes, without us on the line (for objectivity).
Why don’t all the clients on the logo wall have a case study?
NDA restrictions. Some enterprise clients (foreign ones especially) do not allow project details to be published. We may name the brand in the client list, but without metrics or the scenario. A full case study goes live only with explicit permission.
Are there cases with a negative outcome?
Yes, rarely. Most often when a client ignores our recommendations and gets fined. Honestly — we do not publish those: it is usually an NDA and a conflict with the client. But we are happy to discuss them privately on a consultation call, showing where companies typically go wrong and how to avoid it.
What does your “typical client” look like?
A medium-sized business of 50-200 people; typical industries are IT, retail, HoReCa and manufacturing. The plan is SMART at UAH 30,000/month — details on the pricing page. Cooperation lasts 3-5 years on average.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The standard is 12 months. For the FULL package it is 24 months with a fixed price. Monthly payment is possible with 3 months prepaid. Termination carries no penalty if you give 60 days’ notice.
How do you update the list of cases?
Every quarter we add 2-3 new cases with the client’s permission. If you are a current client and would like your case published — drop us a line and we will prepare it together.
