That approach shows itself at the very first inspection: the documents formally exist but do not match the specifics of the process. Requirements for pharma (GMP clean rooms) differ fundamentally from those for a flammable liquid store or an IT office — different risks, different measurements, different instructions by occupation.   • How much does an "industry surcharge" on top of the standard plan cost?

    There's no surcharge. The START/SMART/FULL plans are the same for all industries. Our engineers' specialization is our internal organization, not a separate paid service.

  • How do you prove your industry expertise?

    A portfolio of case studies we show at the sales stage (with clients' permission), the resume of the profile engineer who will run your project, and, on request, a reference call with 1-2 current clients from your industry.

  • Can I get "an engineer from my industry" permanently assigned?

    Yes, in the SMART and FULL outsourcing packages you get an assigned or dedicated engineer with profile experience. In the START package — an on-duty engineer, but also with access to the industry knowledge base.

  • What if my business is at the intersection of industries (for example, pharma + logistics)?

    A fairly common case — pharma logistics (cold storage with GDP), retail with its own kitchen (a supermarket with a deli), an IT company with its own office + data center. For such projects we assign a specialized team of engineers.

  • Do you work with government and public-sector institutions?
