Documentation fire safety

What is it
Fire safety documentation is a complete package of documents confirming that your facility meets fire safety requirements: orders, instructions, evacuation plans, logs and fire training programs. Simply put, we prepare a set of documents according to the Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine (current edition) - so that you pass inspections by the SSES without any complaints and do not risk a fine or suspension of activities while you are doing business.
When ordering
Most often, fire safety documents are ordered in several situations: you are opening a new facility - and the package is needed even before launch; you have changed the purpose of the premises or made a redevelopment - the old instructions are no longer valid; you have received a SSES order with a list of gaps; or you are preparing for a fire safety audit before the inspection. The service is suitable for offices, HoReCa, retail, warehouses and production facilities - from a small premises to a network of facilities and complex production facilities with PPE.
How we work
We work according to our own Racio Safety Standard methodology: first, we clarify the industry and specifics of the facility (for individual development, an engineer comes out and studies the technical process), and then we prepare only those documents that you really need - without folders "for ticking" and without gaps that are subject to fines. Each document - with links to current NASP, signatures and dates, in a convenient digital format. HR receives a ready-made system, not a stack of files that you have to sort through yourself. Before transmission, each package undergoes internal quality control.

Conclusion: if you have documents that were written before 2024, you most likely have 6 of the 7 points above. The fastest way to close is to audit PB, and then, based on the results, order the required documentation format from the three described above.

References to repealed regulations
The instructions refer to canceled or outdated versions of the regulations. The formal reason for the prescription is almost always written out when the inspector is flipping through the piles of documents.
The evacuation plan does not correspond to the actual planning
After the redesign, the plan on the wall remains the same. The inspector checks it with the actual planning and catches any discrepancies immediately.
No instructions for a specific room type
There is a general safety instruction, but there is no separate one for the kitchen, server room, boiler room, garage. The rules require separate instructions for premises with increased danger.
Briefing log without cover
There is no date of establishment, name of the enterprise, or signature of the director. The journal is formally invalid — “no briefings were conducted.”
There is no evacuation drill protocol.
Training should be held once a year with a protocol. In SMB, often "we explained it to everyone at the meeting" is not enough. What is needed is a rehearsal with a stopwatch.
Responsible without a certificate from the register
The order has been appointed, but there is no certificate of the person responsible. Fine to the director + order of appointment with certificate. We organize training through a partner center within the framework of declaration or outsourcing of PB.
A fire suppression plan for production has not been developed.
For facilities with hazardous materials, production shops of categories A-B, a separate document is required - a fire elimination plan. Without it, the inspector will immediately issue a critical violation.
