Specialized engineers are distributed by industry specializations (pharma, MilTech, IT, manufacturing, logistics).
Unlike most companies where a client is led by one engineer, RACIO forms an individual working group for each project. This is a project leader (account manager) + a team of engineers responsible for different areas: documentation, training, audit, risks. This approach ensures constant communication without delays and "disappearances" of the performer, load distribution between specialists, deeper expertise in each task, and a quick response to urgent requests.
How we maintain quality. 58 of our business processes are digitized in BPMN notation - from the first audit to the closure of the project. Each engineer works under the supervision of a senior colleague: internal quality control before the document reaches the client. Every week - team meetings, where we openly analyze errors and complex cases (the total experience of the team is 80+ years, there is something to share). Each project is managed in CRM - not a single task is lost, every deadline is on the radar. For peripheral contracting work (measurements, equipment expertise, laboratory testing) - a stack of verified contractors throughout Ukraine.
Month 1 — diagnostics and RSS audit. Engineer's visit to the facility (Kyiv and the region) or video audit (other regions). Audit of existing documents, interview with HR or occupational safety manager, assessment of real needs using the Racio Safety Standard methodology. The result is a report with a starting plan tied to the stage of your company's development.
Month 2 — package formation. We agree on package (START / SMART / FULL) taking into account the size and specifics of the business. We sign an agreement with SLA. We introduce you to the working group — you see the CVs of the engineers who will work with you.
Month 3 — implementation. Development of documentation, first briefing, setting up logs, training of management. For fire safety — in parallel we prepare SSES declaration (if required). Everything in digital format: electronic document management, e-signatures, online briefings.
Next — monthly support. The project team stays in touch; the guaranteed response time is fixed in the contract (SLA) — the higher the package, the faster the response. Lean optimization — we are constantly looking for what can be simplified in your occupational safety processes. You will meet a State Labour Service or SES inspection prepared — the documents are in order, and we fully support the process.

Yes. We constantly monitor the market and know what our peers are doing: no other specialized contractor has this many full-time specialists. RACIO employs 10 occupational health and fire safety engineers; most competitors are 1-3 engineers or training centers without deep technical expertise. That is why we serve clients with working groups rather than “one specialist for everyone”.
The majority are Ukrainian clients. For multinational corporations (Glovo, Scania, DHL) we coordinate with their EHS HQ, but operate within Ukrainian legislation plus best European practices. Exporting services outside Ukraine — not yet.
Consulting activities on occupational health and fire safety in Ukraine are not subject to licensing. We operate as an LLC under the general system. For certain types of work (project expertise, training with a NABP certificate) - we use accredited partners.
