What is this?
Developing occupational safety documentation involves creating a complete set of occupational safety documents tailored to a specific company: orders, regulations, job-specific instructions, logs, and training programs. We develop comprehensive and legally sound documents tailored to your business processes—ones that pass inspection by the State Labour Service without any objections.
When placing an order
Occupational safety and health documents are commissioned when a system needs to be created from scratch, updated following changes within the company, or brought into compliance with new regulatory or corporate requirements. Typical situations for which clients contact us are listed below.
How We Work
We begin developing your occupational safety documentation package with an express audit: an engineer reviews your operational and technological processes, staffing structure, and equipment. After the preliminary assessment, we create your occupational safety documentation system using our proprietary Racio Safety Standard methodology—we develop only the documents you truly need, without unnecessary “check-the-box” files, but also without any gaps that could result in fines. Each document includes references to applicable occupational safety regulations, pre-signed forms, and document numbers and dates; the package undergoes internal quality control before delivery. Turnaround time: 1–3 weeks—for an office, starting at one week; for complex manufacturing operations, up to three weeks. Free revisions and edits are available for 6 months; consultations are provided for 12 months; and the documents come with a 12-month warranty.

OHSMS Regulations — General Template
Copied from another company, without being tailored to your processes. The inspector asks 2–3 questions about specific points—and it becomes clear that the provision isn’t being implemented.
Job Descriptions — Not Your Jobs
The staffing table lists a “production line operator”, while the instructions folder has a “turner”. Formally, an OSH management system exists; in reality, there is no instruction for that specific employee.
Outdated occupational safety and health regulations in the links
References to repealed orders (the old workplace certification, the old medical examination procedure). A formal pretext for an order.
