Investigation of occupational accidents

A legally established procedure for determining the circumstances and causes of an accident, deciding whether it is work-related, and developing preventive measures. A special investigation is conducted in the cases prescribed by law. The procedure is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
