Let’s imagine a successful company… What does it look like? It is definitely a company that is confidently in the Forbes list, has numerous achievements and high KPIs. But all these numbers and ratings are just the tip of the iceberg, indicating but not explaining the real reasons for success. The foundation of this skyscraper is always a safe, environmentally friendly and supportive environment for its residents.

The statistics speak for themselves: 65% of employees leave their jobs not because of bad coffee, but because of problems with their manager and the atmosphere in the team. In wartime conditions, which have created a paradox in the labor market – simultaneous unemployment and a staffing crisis – employers have to balance the need to retain employees and create a productive and harmonious workplace.

Creating such an atmosphere is a complex and creative process that requires not only managerial talent but also certain skills. We are ready to share some of them with you. Here’s what we can teach your managers:

TRAINING – SAFETY CULTURE

What is it about?

  • Safety culture. While the employee is thinking about the question: “Do I need to wear a helmet?” you, as an employer are paying for this time. We will tell you how different levels of safety culture affect work processes and what the Bradley Curve is.
  • Culture of mental health or how not to go crazy at work. Did you know that an accident at an enterprise directly depends on the mood of the employee? Of course, we could use psychological terms and make appropriate diagnoses here, but that’s not our thing. We have prepared a simple guide for you on how to recognize an employee’s “unstable psychological state” in time and how to make sure that instead of burnout, we have self-care and resilience. What does it mean? This is what our training will be about.
  • The impact of the work environment. A safe working environment is like finally putting everything in its place in the garage. When all the tools are at hand and securely fastened, it becomes much more pleasant to work and the risk of something going wrong is reduced.

TRAINING – TOXIC PEOPLE OR HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH FREAKS?

What is it about?

  • Signs of toxic personalities – how to recognize toxic people in a few seconds, meters, or half a resume.
  • Conflict prevention techniques – communicating with certain people is like walking through a minefield. No, we won’t make you a professional sapper, but you will learn how to stay calm and avoid emotional outbursts, maintain professional relationships and achieve the results you need when dealing with such people-mines.
  • Karpman’s Triangle – “victim-aggressor-savior” We will tell you how to recognize yourself in this triangle of personalities and how to avoid getting into this vicious circle or get out of it without Italian drama.

TRAINING – EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

What is it about?

  • Behavioral types of people in groups: guiding/expressive/friendly/analytical – imagine a team where everyone has their own unique style. The guiding one always knows where to go, the expressive one knows how to make it fun, the friendly one knows how not to offend anyone, and the analytical one knows how to count all the people listed to the millimeter. We will tell you how to combine, separate, understand and manage them.
  • Methods of feedback. Giving feedback is an art, especially when you need to “praise and point out the shortcomings” in one sentence. How do you give such feedback so that no one quits after it and you are heard? And how can an employee get honest feedback about his or her work from a manager?
  • Dealing with objections is a typical situation at an enterprise: you are conducting trainings for employees, teaching, telling, and one of the employees says: We won’t do that, we’re fine the way we are!”. This objection is not just words: it is a trap, a challenge, a provocation. Should you fight or run away? ….. We will tell you how to counter argue diplomatically and easily, without fists, insults, or accusations.

TRAINING – CHANGE MANAGEMENT

What is it about?

  • Changes – causes of resistance and methods of overcoming them. Any innovation always involves resistance and denial. Every organism or structure tends to preserve the existing order of things. In medicine, this is called “homeostasis”, in group behavior – “status quo”. How do you move a system that resists any movement?
  • Employee learning styles: activist/pragmatist/observer/theorist – imagine that employees are learning something new by using PPE: an activist will put on a helmet and immediately test it, a pragmatist will ask for instructions, an observer will watch others do it, and a theorist will think through all the options beforehand. We will tell you how to plan the training in a way that involves all of these categories.
  • Time management according to Eisenhower. You’ve probably heard or seen the following expression on the Internet: Not all urgent matters are important, and not all important matters are urgent”. When deadlines are all around you, it can be very difficult to prioritize and plan your steps. The result is fatigue, loss of energy, and burnout. We will tell you how to use the Eisenhower Matrix to be In time and NOT go crazy at the same time.

TRAINING – TEAMWORK

What is it about?

  • What is teamwork? Its essence and benefits. Perhaps the most important indicator for a successful company is a cool and reliable team, and let’s just say that everyone has their own: some people are friendly, some are a group of strong specialists, and some have both categories. But each team has its own ideal teammate. We will share simple algorithms on how to make your own cool team from those around you.
  • Psychotypes of employees and their impact on teamwork – “introverts”, “ambiverts”, “extroverts” – who they are and how to combine this explosive mixture in one team. We will pump up and develop everyone’s strengths.
  • Test 16 Personalities or team diagnostics on the topic: “Who is who?”. For example, an ENFP is someone who knows all their colleagues by name but has forgotten where they left their house keys. And ISTJs have long since assigned everyone to a list, studied all the instructions, and know the internal labor regulations to the letter. Together, we will assign codes to each member of your group and give you the key to programming the crowd into the team of your dreams.

If you are an executive, manager, HR specialist, or a professional who wants to improve your knowledge of safety culture, teamwork, or just looking for a corporate educational event for yourself or your team, then we are the right place for you.
