We have been to many boring and useless trainings ourselves, so we know how it should not be. People will always resist rules and guidelines that they do not understand and do not realize the meaning of. Therefore, to avoid boredom for us and our clients, we have developed our own formula for a cool occupational health and safety training. The formula looks like this:
national legislation as a basis + the best European practices to it + an interesting story out of it all.
At our trainings, we do not talk about the rules, do not try to scare someone with scary stories in the style of “we had an incident at the factory…” or cover ourselves with the indisputability of sayings about lines and blood. What is it about?
